'Incident at Tortuga' was filmed aboard the HMS Bounty, probably the most famous tall ship in the world. The Bounty had been damaged while visiting the Port of Chicago, and while sitting for repairs, we offered them 300 bucks to let us film for 3 hours the next day. There was no story, actors, costume, props or script, just opportunity. Within 10 hours we had cobbled together what we needed and showed up at 6 AM on a beautifull summer morning and put together this little story. (Some follow up shots were actually filmed on a frosty Carribean thanksgiving morning aboard the Windy). There are sound problems that prevented the film's release, We are in the slow process of reediting the sound, and we hope to post this summer.
